La SDZXQ-10 Machine de Montage Métallographique Automatique d’Échantillons est un dispositif hydraulique automatique avancé de montage à chaud qui permet un fonctionnement en une seule touche pour le chauffage, la maintien de pression et le refroidissement via un contrôle programmé. Il peut être équipé de 6 moules longs pour monter simultanément 12 échantillons, améliorant considérablement l’efficacité de la préparation des échantillons en lot. Avec une fonction d’alarme sonore et lumineuse qui élimine le besoin de supervision de l’opérateur, ainsi qu’un système d’ouverture automatique du couvercle pour faciliter l’utilisation, il est particulièrement adapté aux besoins de préparation massive des échantillons des entreprises manufacturières. Ses paramètres clés incluent une puissance de chauffage de 9 kW, une plage de température de 50 à 180°C, et un temps de cycle total d’environ 15 minutes.

Introduction :
Mounting is a very important process of metallographic sample preparation, especially for some difficult holding tiny samples, irregularly shaped samples, and what needs for protecting edge or automatic grinding and polishing, mounting is an essential procedure before sample preparation. SDZXQ-10 is an advanced hydraulic water-cooling automatic sample mounting press. The mounting process is controlled by the program, which realizes the one-key operation of heating, loading, holding, cooling and unloading process. The sample mounting is automatically completed with sound and light alarm function, without the need of the operator on duty.
The machine is equipped with 6 long moulds, which can make 12 samples with the intermediate block at the same time. Corresponding to the number of samples from the automatic grinding and polishing machine on the market, one mounting can meet the requirements of two automatic grinding and polishing machines for rapid preparation of metallographic samples. The machine adopts a high-power hydraulic power unit, heating and cooling device integrated design, simple and efficient structure, complete isolation and safety protection functions. With automatic sliding cover opening and closing system, all the samples can be ejected at one time, eliminating the tedious steps of operating multiple mounting presses to open the cover one by one. The operator only needs to place the sample and add the powder, the rest operation is automatically completed, greatly reducing labor force, especially suitable for manufacturing enterprises to prepare large quantities of mounting samples.
