Le testeur de dureté superficiel motorisé SHRS-450E est équipé d’un mécanisme automatique de chargement/déchargement des forces d’essai, régulées par un volant à changement de charge. Il permet de choisir le temps de veille de 2 à 6 secondes pour une utilisation facile, sans erreur manuelle sauf au réglage à zéro du cadran, assurant une grande sensibilité et stabilité. Idéal pour les essais de dureté d’acier trempé en surface, de matériaux traités de surface/chimiquement, d’alliages cuivre/aluminium, des feuilles, des couches de zinc/chrome/étain, de l’acier de support et des moulages durs à froid, ses spécifications clés incluent une force d’essai initiale de 3 kgf (29,42 N), des forces d’essai totales de 15/30/45 kgf et une résolution de 0,5 HR.

SHRS-450E motorized superficial rockwell hardness tester adopts the mechanism of automatic loading and unloading of the test force, the test force is regulated by the load-change hand wheel. It can select the Temps de séjour and is very easy to use. Besides setting zero to Cadran, there is no man-made error. The instrument has high sensitivity and stability.
Application:
Suitable for surface quenched steel, surface heat treating and chemical treating materials, copper alloy, aluminum alloy, sheet, zinc layers, chrome layers, tin layers, bearing steel and cold and hard casting etc.
