Le testeur numérique Vickers Dureté SHV-1000M est un dispositif de test de haute précision intégrant optique, mécanique et électronique. Il est doté d’un système de contrôle de force en boucle fermée, d’une unité de mesure numérique qui calcule et affiche automatiquement les valeurs de dureté, prend en charge l’enregistrement, l’impression et la transmission des données, et peut être étendu grâce à des capacités de mesure vidéo ; les paramètres clés incluent une plage de force d’essai de 0,3 kgf~10 kgf, une dureté de 1HV~3000HV, et un grossissement total de 100×/400×.

SHV-1000M Digital Testeur de dureté Vickers is a high-tech and new product combining the optics, mechanic and electrics features. It adopts load cell control system, improves the precision of the test force and the repeatability and stability of the indicating value. With digital measuring eyepiece, no need for checking the table or inputting the diagonal of the indentation, it can directly show the test force, indentation length, dwell time, test numbers, conversion scale, date and time. As long as press the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation length, it can automatically get the hardness value and shows on the screen. Test results can be saved for checking or be printed out by the built-in printer, and with RS232 interface for connecting to the computer. It can be equipped with LCD video measuring device and CCD image automatic measuring system.
