Le testeur numérique de dureté Vickers SHV-5000M est un dispositif de test de dureté de haute précision intégrant optique, mécanique et électronique. Il utilise un système de contrôle en boucle fermée pour contrôler précisément la force de test, garantissant la répétabilité et la stabilité des résultats de test. Il élimine le besoin de recherches manuelles dans les tableaux et affiche directement la longueur diagonale des indentations, les valeurs de dureté et d’autres données, avec la prise en charge de la mesure automatique, du déplacement automatique de la tourelle et de l’impression de données. Les principales spécifications incluent une plage de force de test de 4,9N à 490N, une charge de force de test entièrement automatique (chargement/séjour/déchargement), et un grossissement total maximal de 200X.

SHV-5000M Digital Testeur de dureté Vickers is a high-tech and new product combining the optics, mechanic and electrics features. It adopts load cell control system, improves the precision of the test force and the repeatability and stability of the indicating value. With digital measuring eyepiece, no need for checking the table or inputting the diagonal of the indentation, it can directly show the test force, indentation length, dwell time, test numbers, conversion scale, date and time. As long as press the eyepiece button after measuring the indentation length, it can automatically get the hardness value and shows on the screen. Test results can be saved for checking or be printed out by the built-in printer, and with RS232 interface for connecting to the computer. It can be equipped with LCD video measuring device and CCD image automatic measuring system.
