The SMV-2000M micro Testeur de dureté Vickers adopts a precision optical design for clear indentation imaging and high-precision measurements. It features a digital touch screen for intuitive and easy operation, automatiqueally completing the testing process and directly displaying results. The device supports conversion between multiple hardness scales, allows test data to be saved or printed, and comes with a built-in printer and RS232 interface for computer connection. It is widely suitable for hardness testing of various materials such as metals, coatings, glass, and precious stones. Key specifications include a Force d’essai range of 0.098N~19.6N (10copine~2000copine), a hardness measurement range of 1HV~3000HV, and a Grossissement total of up to 100× and 400×.

Fonctionnalité :
The SMV-2000M digital micro vickers hardness tester adopts unique precision design of optics, mechanic and electrics features, make the indentation image clearer, and get more precise measurements. It adopts colored touch screen, which displays intuitively and operates easily. With digital measuring Oculaire, no need for checking the table or inputting the diagonal of the indentation, it can directly shows the Mode test, Force d’essai, indentation length, Temps de séjour, test numbers, Échelle de conversion, date and time. As long as press the Oculaire button after measuring the indentation length, it can automatiqueally get the hardness value and show on the large screen. Test results can be saved for checking or be printed out by the built-in printer, and with RS232 interface for connecting to the computer. It can use optional Knoop indenter to measure Knoop hardness. And it can be equipped with LCD video measuring device and CCD image automatique measuring system.
